CalcWood provides access to premium woodworking calculators. Access is granted via a paid subscription model.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain access to PRO features until that period expires.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. During the checkout process, you will be asked to explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content (PRO features). By giving this consent, you expressly acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (under EU consumer law).
CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: ALWAYS MEASURE TWICE, CUT ONCE.
While I strive for maximum accuracy, the CalcWood software is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. I do not guarantee that the calculators are 100% free of bugs, software logic errors, or calculation mistakes.
By using CalcWood, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:
All content on the CalcWood website, including source code, calculation logic, SVG graphics, and design, is my exclusive intellectual property. By purchasing a subscription, you are granted only a limited, non-transferable license to use the calculators for your personal or business needs. It is strictly prohibited to copy the code, share login credentials with third parties, scrape data, or resell the outputs as your own software.
I reserve the right to immediately cancel your subscription and block your access to PRO features without a refund if you violate these Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing, hacking attempts, or copying the application).
If you are a consumer residing in the EU and a dispute arises between us that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, you have the right to seek out-of-court dispute resolution. In the Czech Republic, the competent authority is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz). You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
